Responsibilities:
Legal assistance concerning banking, IFN, factoring legislation;
Assuring the legal actions for the incorporation of the Company;
Corporate governance issues and documentation;
Legal opinion on clients’ documentation and commercial agreements;
Legal representation of the company towards state’s authorities;
Drafting all legal documentation and legal opinions;
Legal representation in the court cases;
Performing all the legal actions in order to recover the company’s outstanding debts.

Cerinte:
Law School;
Relevant legal experience of minimum 3 years in the commercial law / banking law / non-banking financial institution etc.
Experience in a factoring company or related with commercial agreements would be an advantage;
Court representation and documentation experience;
Commercial companies / non-banking financial legislation knowledge;
Organizing skills;
Moral and professional conduct;
Communication and negotiating skills;
Ability to meet the deadlines and to work under pressure;
Good PC skills;
Good English language knowledge (written and spoken)
