On behalf of our client, leading international provider of farmland invstments, we are looking for a professional to comply with the following:
•Law University graduate with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
•Bar Association full member.
•Previous experience in real- estate/ land acquisition area is a plus.
•Willing to travel also in the country.
•Active and independent.
•Decision maker and good negotiator.
•Excellent English.
•Good computer skills.
•Problem-solving attitude, flexible and dynamic.
•Driving license.
Responsabilitati:
•Drafts and review all type of contracts ( commercial, lease, purchase, loans, etc).
•Actively involved in purchase of land, maintaining the relation with the local authorities, public notary, regulatory bodies.
•Preparing due-dilligence reports , sale agreements, financing agreements.
•Participates in negotiations and in closing transactions, drafts and checks commercial agreements.
