Descrierea postului:
·To check immediately, in IT system, the status of the person mentioned within the garnishment notice
·To check the legality of the garnishment notices received within the bank;
·To perform registrations and up-datings of the database of the customer/persons mentioned within the garnishment notice
·To draft and to send the answer to the authority that ordered the garnishment;
·Drafting legal opinions regarding the garnishment/enforcement procedures, by request;
·Preparing legal opinion regarding the internal rules regarding garnishments/enforcement aria, by request;
Cerinte:
·Academic background – Law Faculty;
·1 year experience in a legal position;
·Proficiency in English;
·Able to draw-up, structure and formulate elaborated documents (good capacity in phrasing contracts, correspondence, opinions);
·Able to properly assess legal risks in issuing legal opinions;
·Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
·Hard working, detail oriented, extremely organized;
·Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
·Very good knowledge of the English language;
·Very good knowledge of the specific banking legislation (banking law and NBR regulations)
·Good computer skills: Work, Excel and Power Point.
